Remove Malware for Free

Two ways are available to start Task Manager. By default, Ctrl+Alt+Del should launch it. If you have another combination that you do not remember, you can always launch this programs in the following way:

1. Enter Start Menu and choose Run at the bottom right of it;

2. Type taskmgr.exe and click OK or press Enter.

In order to kill the process, click process tab in the menu of Task Manager  and select and delete processes.

If you cannot find relevant process, reboot in Safe Mode.  That should minimize number of processes to critical system processes only. Nevertheless, please make sure the infection does not put its processes among system process to prevent their abortion. If you find the malicious process in Safe Mode, follow the instruction above that explains Task Manager launching and processes killing to terminate the malicious process.
